Future Glory (将来的荣光)

罗马书(Romans)8:18-25

Intro(引言):

Why do we need to serve fervently? (为何要热心服事呢？)
To return God’s grace(对主恩典的回报)    read’: Luke(路加) 7:36-50
As we know how deep God loves us, we will serve Him the more.(我们会努力服事主，当我们知道他是那么爱我们。)
To learn from Jesus’ example(学耶稣的样式)  ref”:Jn(约翰)13:12-17
Mark 10:45, for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.(因为人子来，并不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，并且要舍命，作多人的赎价。) 
Jesus is also the example of our service(耶稣也是我们服事的榜样。)

Q: Do you think our globe is God’s good creation?　(你以为地球是神的美好的创造吗？)
This is my father’s world(这是天父的世界) vs. This world is not my home(这世界非我家)
Paul’s eschatology(保罗的末世观)
Already   but not yet(已经    但尚未成全)

1. Future glory(未来的荣光)(vv18-19)
   v.18：Now(现在) vs. Future(未来); sufferings(苦楚) vs. the glory(荣耀)
   Many thinks the world will remain as it is now but it will come to an end.(许多人以为世界想保持不变，但世界会结束的。)
   God promises us a new heaven and new earth.(神答应我们一个新天新地。)
   The future glory is beyond our imagination(将来的荣耀是超乎我们的想象。)

2. The Longing of God’s creation (神的受造物的期盼)(vv20-22)
   God’s creation suffers until now because the sin of mankind.(因着人的罪，万物受苦直到如今。)
   Because of human our natural environment is ruined.(因着人，自然环境被破坏了)；
   Because of human, many animals and vegetables are also suffered.(因着人，许多的动物和植物也受害了。)
   So God’s creation also wants to share that glorious day. (万物也期盼那荣耀的日子。)

3. The groaning of God’s children (神儿女们的叹息)(vv23-25)
   Holy Spirit helps us know Jesus, also helps us hope for the future.(圣灵说明我们认识耶稣，和盼望将来)
   Suffer with Christ in order to share His glory.(与主同受苦就得与主同享荣耀)
   Read 1 Peter(彼前) 4:12-19
   Doing good and wait(行善等候)

Conclusion,

1. Why are farmers working so hard?(为何农夫辛苦工作？)
   To reap the harvest(要得收获)

2. What Christians should do now?(基督徒现在该如何行？)
   Know our citizenship is in heaven(知道我们是天上的国民)
   Set your mind on things above(思念上面的事)
   Invest for eternity(投资永恒)
