Future Glory (將來的榮光)

羅馬書(Romans)8:18-25

Intro(引言):

Why do we need to serve fervently? (為何要熱心服事呢？)
To return God’s grace(對主恩典的回報)    read’: Luke(路加) 7:36-50
As we know how deep God loves us, we will serve Him the more.(我們會努力服事主，當我們知道他是那麼愛我們。)
To learn from Jesus’ example(學耶穌的樣式)  ref”:Jn(約翰)13:12-17
Mark 10:45, for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.(因為人子來，並不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，並且要捨命，作多人的贖價。) 
Jesus is also the example of our service(耶穌也是我們服事的榜樣。)

Q: Do you think our globe is God’s good creation?　(你以為地球是神的美好的創造嗎？)
This is my father’s world(這是天父的世界) vs. This world is not my home(這世界非我家)
Paul’s eschatology(保羅的末世觀)
Already   but not yet(已經    但尚未成全)

1. Future glory(未來的榮光)(vv18-19)
   v.18：Now(現在) vs. Future(未來); sufferings(苦楚) vs. the glory(榮耀)
   Many thinks the world will remain as it is now but it will come to an end.(許多人以為世界想保持不變，但世界會結束的。)
   God promises us a new heaven and new earth.(神答應我們一個新天新地。)
   The future glory is beyond our imagination(將來的榮耀是超乎我們的想像。)

2. The Longing of God’s creation (神的受造物的期盼)(vv20-22)
   God’s creation suffers until now because the sin of mankind.(因著人的罪，萬物受苦直到如今。)
   Because of human our natural environment is ruined.(因著人，自然環境被破壞了)；
   Because of human, many animals and vegetables are also suffered.(因著人，許多的動物和植物也受害了。)
   So God’s creation also wants to share that glorious day. (萬物也期盼那榮耀的日子。)

3. The groaning of God’s children (神兒女們的歎息)(vv23-25)
   Holy Spirit helps us know Jesus, also helps us hope for the future.(聖靈説明我們認識耶穌，和盼望將來)
   Suffer with Christ in order to share His glory.(與主同受苦就得與主同享榮耀)
   Read 1 Peter(彼前) 4:12-19
   Doing good and wait(行善等候)

Conclusion,

1. Why are farmers working so hard?(為何農夫辛苦工作？)
   To reap the harvest(要得收獲)

2. What Christians should do now?(基督徒現在該如何行？)
   Know our citizenship is in heaven(知道我們是天上的國民)
   Set your mind on things above(思念上面的事)
   Invest for eternity(投資永恆)
